Ah, I can see that. You should be able to use some product on the shaft though probably not gloss, as that's usually best for the toe area. 😊

They will work amazingly well with my Wescos and a tight leather jacket.

The reason for keeping the shafts free of polish or products is down to manufacturing as Dehners will use Dehcord in their boots and it doesn't respond well over time to the product with the result eroding the front from the shaft. Hence keep the conditioning and polish to just the toes area.

To my knowledge, Dehners require little maintenance on the shafts so at most a clean, nothing more product wise. The toes can be shined as normal, with a layering of polishes and gloss to bring out the shine, should it ever look less radiant or feel the need to be that little more.

Oh, definitely worth every penny for every inch of lickable leather. Just be mindful of how you care for them 😊

It's crazy how that anxiety still lingers. It's not good for social settings. And it's not been good for my journey.

Those emotions drive me. I was mad about him, but I realise now I was more mad at him. And that made the rest of the world challenging in the long run for me because at the drop of the hat, at that time, I was willing to give up everything I'd work so hard to create.
