That's the gist of it!! Very pavlov dog stuff honestly but just an added bonus of it actually being very useful for training your pet lol. My fam has a horse and she goes into learning mode the SECOND she hears "click" and realises she's done something right and we're training now lol

"Good" or other praise simply cause the clicker sound (or reward word if you so choose) is unique and means the exact same thing every time. You probably say the word "good" not only to your pet a ton of times but just around them in general. So click ALWAYS means good job & reward 4/4

in. And this way when you train something new, immediately when your pet does the behaviour you want, you click and they instantly go into learning mode cause they know click means treat and they've done something you want them to be doing. Basically clicker is just used instead of a basic 3/?
