To be fair, I have been outside EVERY WEEKEND this month. Including hosting one of the largest events in my career. Along with having a show tomorrow. I really just needed rest.

This month, I need a really lit night out, and a really lit night in!

So mad my old hard drive crashed. I had all the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episodes downloaded. That would have been perfect to watch on a night like tonight...

Talking bout, "you reaching out to me, is adding another step to the process...."i don't give a damn how many steps I've added or taken away. PAY ME. And this corporate jargon around waiting for money, when really one person clicks a button and money is sent. Stop playing with me.

I spend maybe 4 hours a day "following up" on payments and leads for gigs. Which is part of being my own manager. But today an admin from a company that owes me money and is 15 days out of the date she said I would "hear from them" had the nerve to get attitude with me.

Entrepreneurship is not for faint of heart. But also corporations keep wanting to hire artist because it looks good for them on paper, like "look what we did for this poor starving artist" but then I have to spend weeks waiting and chasing down the payment smh.

The internet is so boring these days.

I think its one of those things that you can only experience by getting in the field lol. Maybe interested parties could do a shadow training or something like that... just to witness and then apply the knowledge.

From what I observed, it seemed that there was a general etiquette around moving in and out of the room and the volume. Because tho I could hear commotion, I was still able to fall asleep next door. Now I wouldn't say there 100 men, maybe more like 15 - 20 so I guess more manageable for 1 person.
