Yeah I can imagine that it's a different watch for someone whose experience is more similar... but then I guess you and those with similar experiences don't need to watch it for the same reasons. Not watched Subnormal

Delivered some training on introducing supervision as a form of support in schools to a small group of staff from different schools today. Hopefully the start of change in some settings #edpsych

Ideas to support ‘mental health’ are often based on the that it is something completely internal and ‘within’ a person only. Yet, the reality is that we don’t exist separately from a context around us and our experiences of that. We can’t separate ourselves from this. They shape things for us. 1/4
