And then Stamina or Wit, then head out from there, as she's probably the easiest to get started with if you do that.
With it being a roguelike it does get much easier with time as you do more runs and get inheritence to help buff up your starting stats but there is a bit of a learning curve tbf

Oh yeah, early on it's quite tricky to get runs going, especially without good support cards, skills and inheritence, but it does get easier as you do a few more of them.
Best bit of advice I can give for early runs without those is to start with someone like Bakushin-O and just hard focus Speed 1/
