Good morning! Today we have our second officer highlight.

Marlon is a 2nd-year Ph.D student on the Archaeological Track. He is focused on archaeological and bioarchaeological studies, especially on understanding the dietary and mobility behavior of past societies that lived in Albania.

Jordan chose Applied Anthropology because of its emphasis on community building and its capacity to collaborate with communities to imagine better futures

Jordan won the Student Travel Award for the Human Biology Association Annual Meeting in March 2024 and she has also presented at the annual meetings for Human Biology Association and American Anthropological Association.

Meet Jordan Wright - our December Grad Student Spotlight and an incredible scholar! Jordan is a Ph.D. Candidate in Applied Anthropology focusing on biocultural experiences with structural violence related to plastics and their associated chemicals. Jordan passed Qualifying Exams Summer/Fall 2024!!

Hi all!

We are hosting the last First Friday event of the year TOMORROW starting at 12 at Provisions Coffee for drinks and socializing.

At 2pm, we are also planning to head to Lettuce Lake Park for some fun games and hiking there!
