Any law that gives police officers more discretionary authority to arrest people who do something to displease them is always and already a bad idea.

officers met together prior to their interviews 5 days after the shooting. Despite a passbyer certified EMTat his side, describing his dyer condition, gurgling blood & eyes rolling in the back of his head, covered in blood

Why because the officers met together prior to their interview (which took place 5 days after they shot 31 bullets into Juston, he was incapacitated, covered in blood with NOTHING in his hands. So much for accountability Andrea.
