And it’s on every cis person in this country to fiercely have trans people’s backs in every macro and micro way, now and always. In the bathroom & in the streets. When they’re present or not. Everywhere.

Right now, Trump is not in office yet. Today republicans sunk one of trumps more egregious appointments.

These are both good things

My first goal is to stay sane. My second goal is to try and help protect democratic norms and institutions. I will try and save my outrage for things I think can’t be undone, for attacks on the structural integrity of the institutions and not trumps aesthetics.
