i getcha, sorry! i think i worded it weird, i more meant not going through the psychiatrist for a script but i know thats not an option for everyone either. overall any treatment will be better than none, so i hope the non-stimulant meds will work for you :)

in fairness to him he didn’t know or realize till i mentioned it and he looked into it and has an appointment set for monday since that was the earliest but MAAAN IM SO COLD. i brought my heated blanket to work today so at least its a little better

so i’d been realizing that my job is insanely cold every day even tho i have the thermostat set to 72 (which is still cold for me but im always cold SO) so i texted my boss abt it and turns out he didn’t set up w the gas company so there just has not been any heat :’)

i’m on adderall myself but i work with my GP to get my prescription. i personally havent used non-stimulants but i’ve heard for some it can be really helpful, but for more.. idk the best term, “severe” cases stimulants are best. you might need to chat with your GP to help with a stimulant script!
