You don't have to follow him.
I prefer to retain the power to censor whomever I want, rather than have voices censored on my behalf.
I am not a child.

The only expectation I have of a platform is not to censor. I should be able to select/filter/block content that I don't want to see, but that power should be mine alone, as an adult. Different rules for children of course.

Didn't Elon open source the algorithm for the "For You" feed? I know there is strong evidence other social media platforms (Google, Meta) have their 'thumbs on the scale' when it comes to promoting certain viewpoints. Surely, an open source approach is what we should be aspiring to.

I agree. I hate "free speech", it's much better if there is a central team of moderators to ensure control of the population and ensure they don't get access to information they shouldn't. Like a prison really. At least prisoners are safe.

I like Bluesky a lot, it seems very slick. The distributed architecture is brilliant.
But it doesn't have anything like Grok. Grok is amazing.

No. The British public has a right to know what the PM knew, and when. There is plenty of information that can be made public without prejudicing a fair trial. It is not mischievous to hold the government to account, indeed it is a key pillar of our democratic system.

We are asking to be informed. That's the point. The British public deserves better. Jenrick and Anderson, as opposition MPs, are doing their job to ask questions. I wish more would.

I respect Trump, and the large majority of voters who elected him.
I also respect Harris and the millions of voters that voted for her.
Mutual respect is a prerequisite for civil discourse.

Finally finished my 6 weeks of travel with the keynote at the Software Architecture Gathering in Berlin. Final slide was of the great Stefan Tilkov who made such an amazing contribution to the industry and who sadly passed much to soon.
