Out of my hands now. It's with the courts. Next court date is his trial. He has approximately 150 other similar conditions and two co offenders. The cop I deal with said there will be jail time. I look forward to his sentencing.

The charges laid against Mo Chara were already very flimsy. One of the issues was that the charges were laid out side the time frame after the non event. AND it happened in the USA, not Britain.

Coincidence. Just heard back from the community cop. Trial date was adjourned yet again. We are possibly looking at next year now but no new date has been set. This is getting into 24 months after the initial arrest territory.
