They added some new cutscenes and post game bosses to the version of KH1 in the collection but it's all ultimately minor stuff.

I'm not far into the game yet, but it definitely feels like Silksong doesn't respect my time, if it's from long runbacks or needing to grind shards for my tools... someone told me they "Hotline Miami 2'd it", made a game that expected only those sharpened from HK, which makes the early game painful.

Abby the cleaning robot, with her body modified by FanterFane's Ryder to make it more to his tastes, arriving at the scene of her next job and being let inside the secret lab to do some cleaning with the promise of some added fun for her "lover-bot".

Something's been up with Abby ever since she cleaned up that goo, she says she's alright but then went around getting these upgrades to "make things a bit more comfortable". At least she's still a hard worker!

If you're looking for a show to watch I really like Getter Robo Armageddon, takes the legacy of Getter Robo and explores its own interpretation. A bit of a product of its time but still really fun.
