Yea, that is why I do more streams of Rogue: Genesia then Vampire Survivors. The first time it gets to that state you unlock a character called Lagrog which limits both the number of enemies and projectiles so your frames and bitrate don't destroy you.

Self-Care is 35% normal heal other speed, SiS is 70% so it's double and gives you 10s aura on the killer. Resilience still applies to self healing so I'm not sure what you meant. Though this is more a self-service build to keep everyone safe separated. I'd only botany if I was healing others also.
