I very much dislike others. I usually talk about anything these days with trust in mind, because I honestly handle my issues better than I ever have. But I guess some people just can’t actually emphatize with mental health issues. It’s… Kind of gross feeling though.

I realize some people have this annoying habit of doing one of two things if I bring up any issues. Either they gaslight me into thinking none of it is actually a thing, or they hold it over my head weirdly with this “holier than thou” tone where they like to belittle me with it

I think this is the first year where I have just have felt comfortable in my skin, and I think the inclusion my friends have given me has really helped. Still a lot to do there but I like, don't feel any toxicity for once in my life. Definitely energy I want to keep going now.

Self love has been a huge factor this year. I have made mistakes I had to reflect on, and still am doing... But frankly, that extension is never on the other side too. Learning to accept... People are like that and not to put everything on myself was so important too.

I did a pretty fun 16 day trip across Seattle to visit friends, London to visit a friend and vacation a bit, and Portugal. It was, really nice and I need to go through pictures so I can upload highlights, but wow. Would not have done this in the last two years lmao
