I roasted a pork shoulder all day today for this Momofuku bo ssäm, with kimchi and ginger scallion sauce and ssäm sauce, for lettuce wraps and sliders.
Twelve hours, but worth the wait.

And I do. I go to another platform.
I never go to Prime to browse. I only go to Prime if there's something specific I'm looking for.
Whenever I try to browse, I quickly give up and go somewhere else. I don't want to be sold anything.
Amazon is really bad at actually getting me to watch things on Prime.
When I log on, all I see are things I don't subscribe to -- and don't want to subscribe to -- that they're trying to get me to subscribe to anyway.
It's like the goal is for me to go to another platform!
At its core, politics is about negotiating differences, finding commonality, & figuring out how the heck to live together.
So let’s spend Christmas imagining what our lives together could and should look like. Imagine what it feels like. Dream.
