I was in High School. They made an announcement over the PA. Me and my buddies ran an after classes "space club" where we tracked NASA news and talked about Star Trek. We were crushed.

My lunch hours are filled with planning for the 15th anniversary slate of Nix Comics titles. Definitely still off crowdfunding sites but will still probably come up with some sort of dashboard with a spoofy title for those you who like the "inside baseball" aspects of a subscription drive.
