31.07.2025 21:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Tip top guest this week is the excellent and very funny writer David Quantick who I believe once concluded an interview with Mark Lewisohn with the question "So... Beatles or Stones?"
31.07.2025 21:55 β π 6 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Another surprising and fascinating aspect of the Goon Show. Plus the pic below was on issue 1 of the New Musical Express on 7 March 1952

31.07.2025 21:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can now legitimately claim that I have appeared on national television working alongside John, Paul, George and Ringo!
31.07.2025 21:43 β π 2 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0I'll certainly be adding it to my list of on-screen credits!

24.07.2025 22:12 β π 14 π 2 π¬ 1 π 0Excellent. Pedantically it should really be Grand-Mere Forgeronne. Or perhaps Grand-Mere Favre. But we'll let it go!
