Happened to me as a young computer scientist in the 90s: was at an @aaai.org conference in CA: a male whose talk interested me invited me to dinner to discuss, then hit on me, inc. touching me w/o consent. Got rid of him by mentioning I was a martial arts (태권도) student (I was ready to use on him)

Wow I didn’t realize there was more than just (essentially) pepper in “pepper spray”: lead, barium!? No wonder it can cause miscarriages, among other more obvious (i.e. respiratory) health risks. So wrong.

I can’t tolerate those kind of lights, as someone with ADHD they are super distracting. I know some people who have autism can’t either… I can understand though why some people might like them though.
