Immigration courts are part of the administrative branch. How does this fit under Article III of the constitution?

Medgar Evers assassination was national news. That coverage drove a national response. The whole point of what the current administration is doing is to prevent coverage of what they are doing. So far, they're succeeding. They've bent most of the major news outlets to their will.

The actions by the administration to suppress Kimmel and Colbert through threats to the parent companies are exactly what the First Amendment is supposed to prevent.
