About 4 years ago, I wrote a homebrew Starfinder 1e campaign setting. It's some of the coolest shit I have ever written. Because it had to fit the mechanical system it's inspired but different from the core stuff

It's 64 pages long

It took a month of Foundry set up

I ran 2 sessions then burnt out

Polish Winged Hussars or Lancers. Now these took a while to paint.

This is a mood, I feel like being sort of forced into doing my day job kind of killed the energy for me to attach to something and be truly passionate about it. Now I've admitted that I hate the day job and I'm starting to feel the tiny flickers of passion for making things again. I MISSED it!

Yes I do! And they are back on the table!

And that was the lesson I learned. I'm not gonna be something for other folks, I'm gonna do what I like and hopefully attract the kind folks who like that!
