Has there been any new art style techniques developed for the game's art style inbetween updates? I read up on a SSF2 Style guide that gave good notes and inspirations that goes into the pixel art. Likewise, does stuff from the new update like Dedede or Lloyd still follow that art style process?

I will make this clear first before I start showing how insanely crazy the new Mario Kart, Kirby's Air Ride, AND DONKEY KONG looks to me. These are games I wish to play that I literally can't in this current economy, where MK alone costs a full set of groceries to live for.
