Working on your site is cool as long as you don't spend too much time doing it. There's a threshold you will cross where the amount of time put in makes you expect a return for your efforts. There will not be any return. Work more on things where a return is at least possible.

Running your game in a browser, targeting "HTML5" is how it will usually be described. It causes performance issues to come up sooner than they otherwise would.
