Concerned that Russia will demand further concessions from Ukraine just to agree to a temporary ceasefire. Unacceptable demands mean Ukraine is no longer able to agree to the ceasefire, allowing Trump to accuse Ukraine of not wanting peace and to halt support and intelligence again.
