Strongest possible recommendation for @paultremblay.bsky.social's middle-grade novel Another. Spooky, character driven, tremendous fun. We've been getting a lot of middle grade readers coming through Book Moon asking for horror: this is exactly the book I'd put into their hands. But I loved it too!

Trying to figure out what animal is digging the enormous hole under my porch. So far on the trail cam, there have been a couple Douglas’s Squirrels (or one busy one?), a mouse, and a pair of juncos. This is a large hole (soda can sized) and apparently Douglases don’t dig? Who is doing this?!

I grew up north of a city with a lot of dairies and when the wind blew north it was nauseating. We never knew how people actually lived there.
