โ€ข A litter fuel moisture model from ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ for Eucalyptus also works well for beech and spruce forests.
โ€ข Fire Weather Index from EFFIS and German WBI underestimate fire danger in bark beetled forest stands.
โ€ข Soil moisture and Sentinel-1 backscatter are no good predictors for dead-FMC.

Historical spy imagery for the entire State of Saxony ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช is now available to the public. Together with #GeoSN we published @leipzigerbuchmesse.bsky.social country-wide georeferenced mosaics for 1965 and 1975.
