My kid's out of school for Thanksgiving break and it's making it very hard to work. I want to play videogames all day with my friends too T__T.

My villains are always the heroes of their own story. They always think they're doing the right thing according to their worldview. I think it's super fascinating to understand why villains do what they do, which means my bad guys are often the most internally consistent characters I write. :D
