I am not in competition with anyone. I do not need to be comparing myself to anyone. Looking at art as a skill I need to build and monetize will kill my joy. I want to try to go at my own pace, even if it's slow, and just do my silly little drawings when I can, and if people like them that's cool.

A thing I need to internalize:

It's okay to do things without the intention of getting better at them. You do not need to look at creation as a journey to becoming the best. You can create for the sake of it, even if it's bad. Kill the capitalist in your brain that demands constant improvement.
