We propose 7 steps for improvement, including:

It is incredible (or incredibly sad) how we had to develop a skill of recomposing ourselves after witnessing horrendous scenes of athrocities happening in Palestine just so that we can go back to work instead of crying our eyes out for the rest of the day.

Which Kind of Science Reform What hope is there for science reform, if we can't agree on what to reform? Right now, principles are more important than practices.

I think we will have to wait until the next generation of senior scientists to see the change happen...
