My debut was dedicated to my mother who passed away four years before it was published: “For my Mum. Forever in our hearts and our kitchens.”

(She was Italian and pretty bossy in the kitchen, and not just her kitchen!)

I quit Twitter years ago, never used TikTok, Threads is a dumpster fire of toxicity, and Meta generally feels icky, so I’m weighing up the value of keeping Facebook and Instagram.

As an author, I’m not sure if Bluesky is my answer, but here I am.
