So, I was looking forward to a day of streaming the Formula 1 Tests from Bahrain and to no real surprise I cannot access them on the #F1 TV. I linked by account to Apple to be rewarded with what looks like half coverage of the sport I could get full coverage of a month ago.

GW don't own Grimdark. They get this any slightly worn sweaty scfi-fantasy settings are fucked.

GW don't own spiky stuff, curved horns, and other studded bits either. That could be traced to Frazetta and probably before him.

Exactly, you push back and suddenly there is no case to answer, especially when there is no blatant use of Trademarked/Copyright imagery. GW is legal bully that Disney is, but in the tabletop gaming world.

Or even Games Workshop... 😅

This is dumb, GW doesn't own armored shoulder pads. It's like every estate, of every piece of fantasy/scifi literature source, that GW stole from, to form their gaming world's suddenly started suing them and issuing DMCAs. There would be no more #Warhammer, no #Warhammer40K, no Games Workhop.

Right... Back to the grind.
