From what it looks like, the cover art is pretty much Ai. There’s a bunch of added features that kinda look like the Ai hallucinating a bit- like a weird zipper.

These little details are why I love this game so much honestly. It actually feels like you can tell the characters are thinking things through.

I always question how Shadowlord changes to match Replicant Nier’s age, despite his body being older when he touched Noir.
