Bank are investigating and I’ve put a report to Action Fraud and the police. Bank think they have taken my phone number from my Ryanair App.

Anyway long story short they cleaned out my bank acc. Just over 700. Spent all afternoon at the bank. Managed to get back a small portion but have to wait to see if they can get the larger amount

I rec’d an email from Ryanair offering a refund. Went on my app and pressed the button. Told 5 days to process. Fine
On our way home my phone rang and a gentleman told me he wud process my refund also offered payment for the last minute accommodation we had to get. So I was delighted.
