Alright, It's time for the Torinyan drama thread.

I didn't really want to make this but frankly the stupid drama has been continually worsening over the last few days.

This starts with Runya's firing, covers the Tetsuko2 update, Lies about Torinyan community members, Nene announcement, snd more.

Just expressing my personal experience as a consumer who believes people who give their hard earned money to an artist, deserve better, and should be met with a certain level of respect.

As much as I love their models, I cant see myself buying any of their assets in the future.

Something on the server needs to change, because what goes down on there sometimes is just crazy

Having a minimum level of professionalism should be a given when trying to sell goods and give support

As a long time fan and customer of Tori's works, it's become increasingly difficult to justify supporting a creator who publicly harasses members of their own community and even spreads blatant lies about them.

Any feedback that doesnt align with Torinyans views is met with sheer hostility

I feel like VRChat promotes both individual and group organised creativity, having something made by a machine with no pure intent or creative heart behind it blows.

Probably a bad take for smaller events but:

I wish people would stop using AI generated art for promoting their events/clubs in VRChat. It kinda kills the vibe and it kind of sucks. Even a list of names and date with a logo should suffice.

So the deciding factor for explicit audio is: sexual arousal? Literally anything can cause arousal (i.e. fetishes). In fact if people are feeling themselves to the sets I play: good for you 💀

This exactly protects anyone how? Legislators don’t actually care about minors. (VRCDN is not at fault)
