Judge Immergut has given Portland a reprieve for another two weeks. The only reason there is any violence and/or arrests outside ICE is because they come out every night and start shooting projectiles at peaceful protesters and spraying them with pepper spray. Shame

Portland had several protests in different areas as well as smaller cities, Salem, and even small towns along the coast. All very peaceful.
