Even when I have thought I have been meeting my needs, I have still been screwing over some part of myself. I have found there are so many layers to self care - its like a giant onion and I keep getting deeper into the centre.

If we're going to realistically recover from CPTSD, we need to communicate to our nervous system, our "parts," & our inner child, w/ every decision we make: I am on your side. I can & will listen to you. I will not turn on you. I will not abandon you.

I just voted against proscribing Palestine Action, a civil disobedience group, as a terrorist organisation. But I'm furious that in doing so, the government forced me and others to vote against proscribing two other clearly terrorist groups. Cynical and dangerous from govt.
