Quando falta a cola que mantém os músculos unidos pode a terapia genética travar uma doença rara? Na Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa, Diogo Fernandes tenta desenvolver uma terapia genética capaz de reescrever o curso de uma doença muscular rara e incapacitante.

Diogo Fernandes, estudante de Doutoramento no laboratório MMD foi recentemente destacado no jornal Observador pelo seu trabalho que explora o potencial da terapia genética para responder a uma forma de distrofia muscular.
