DigCompEdu Rose chart in Moodle with comparison to average respondent score.

So, our #DigCompEdu self assessment questionnaire is set up as follows:
- Personality test type
- 7 Feedback sections (1 overall score, 6 diff. domains)
- 22 multichoice questions (0 - 6 points)
- Rose chart as visual and comparison
