sorry y'all but you're wrong on this one. Dong Phuong is absolutely legendary, both for their Vietnamese/Louisiana fusion and their king cakes. Their king cake pre-orders sell out for the entire Mardi Gras season on New Years Day. Also Vietnamese food/culture is an significant minority here.
