Proud of self for odd reason today. @ 6:40am I slipped top to bottom on my stairs. Bounced down each step, screamed & laid for 2mins crying in shock & bruised but so lucky. Aware enough to lift head so coccyx & lower legs took brunt. Not my neck. I’m in the wars a bit 😔
