I'd love to have a vintage Volvo type of neighbor! Maybe I'll be that neighbor one day. My grandmother had one of the classic boxy ones, from the 80s until I accidentally killed it around 2012. What a beaut. I then bought a cute little teal 850 from the 90s. They're quite expensive to maintain.
