I think it's only fair that however long it takes to paint them is the transitionary period to enforcement. Let drivers get used to it and not be overly punitive.

How does a CBDC threaten the stability of the financial system? Whereby stable coins do not

Our social fabric is fraying, consent of the governed is becoming a foreign concept. And political legitimacy is at risk of disappearing.
Once you accept that American politics at the national level are just hosed for the foreseeable future, you not only develop an inner peace but also a focus on state/local issues where the needs are greatest and where you can actually make a difference.

Russia has one major warm-water port, Sevastopol, in the Black Sea: Sevastopol: A key port for Russia's Black Sea Fleet, Sevastopol is a deep-water harbor that doesn't freeze in the winter. It's a strategic location for maritime routes between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Russia also has other ports that are functionally warm-water ports, such as St. Petersburg and Vladivostok, which are kept free of ice by ice breakers and thermal powerplants.
For those keeping score at home: Russia is down to 3 year round ports. That is, until enough arctic ice melts and Murmansk benefits.
Good to see Google Search keeping up to date

My hope is that love for fellow man overpowers sectarian differences.
Cheers to dreaming of a better tomorrow.
