1 year without cigarettes. At a pack a day, I have not smoked 7,300 of them this year.

I had some amazing soup in Chinatown, San Fran. I didn’t realize I ordered tripe. I was able to eat everything in it but the tripe. It all tasted awesome, I just couldn’t chew it.

Realizing I’ve never tried liver so I don’t know on that one. Otherwise good to go on these. The snails need to have been sautéed at least.
