By the lake on an overcast November afternoon. The fare bank and trees are mirrored on the stool water.

Nature and symmetry. 🌿

A small lake with calm waters and the cloudy skies reflected on the surface. The hills on the other side are adorned with forests of pine, cedar, oak, poplar, black walnut, and other trees. The evergreens are a deep green while the hardwoods are mostly bare.

I was standing on a hill overlooking a small lake. The lake and landscape beyond are framed by pine trees. The water appears white under an overcast sky.

Looking out across the lake near the end of the trail at Cedar Lakes (WV). I love the way the trees frame the landscape. 💚
