We add the acn using a repeater but add buffer a and sample using the viaflo if we have a lot of samples and they are in a 96-well format.

I wish the viaflo-96 was a little cheaper. That plus a swinging bucket centrifuge is an almost no fail solution for loading a box of tips imo.

Hmmm. Says it will work with DIA as well. Will give it a try with some of my public data!
