Spoke too soon about armory size holding. Honestly this year hasn't been a great year for #FaBTCG growth

Nah, Vis is going to stay on top imo. Vis is the best RB against Starvo, warmongers, and most anything you could throw. It didn't need Thorn, and losing dirge is minor

I'd honestly be glad to see Starvo take the biggest share again, he's the only viable control/midrange deck in the format generally

This is probably the most annoyed I've ever been with this game. This and the last LL bnr didn't need to happen. I want LL to let people play their cards than get perpetually get tuned down.

It's feels like we're in bright lights two. Stagnant CC, weird format at worlds, bad limited.

Welp, since I can't really play much, guess I'm collecting. Honestly though, I'm not a big fan of borderless cards. I want my cards to still look like cards. #fabtcg

Letting the format stew a little longer in the background imo. And probably allowing for a more complex restrict/ban list.

It's going to be a perpetual Runeblade format by default until Warmongers/Control decks are up to par.

Funny enough, Starvo being better could help the format atm

I'm conflicted. I want cards to have a home somewhere and loved LL for that. I agree with CyB's negative impact, but CyB is neat

On power level, Needle could be restricted. They say Zen wouldn't get hit enough, but that deck can't use kodachi and kodachi + needle isn't too different from tiger tame

Honestly, the avg armory size holding is crazy with Dawn, my brother, and I all having to dip out of the scene.

I have to skip the entire Proquest season and worlds because of their call in policies. At least I have money? #fabtcg

Yeah. We were trying, but Tuffnut pitches were not allowing us. I lost to arsenaling a Buckwild and never being given a turn that could use it.

This deck has crazy variance you wouldn't think is there.

Brought home some extra packs for @dawndelozier.bsky.social from the Prerelease to do our own sealed game. We both ended up with Tuffnut

We legit were going "Swing 6/7, Block 5/6, repeat" for the entire game until pitch stack. Some of the most boring limited ever, holy fuck #fabtcg

Starting a job tomorrow. It was the one place I applied to I didn't want, because it ruined my entire FaB armory schedule for the foreseeable future. Legit hurt when I got accepted

Feels weird to so heavily prioritize a hobby, but most work is just so filler by comparison

Kind of a shame this doesn't matter anymore. Unrestricted Deadwood Dirge is a huge buff for Chane and Vis. Format's about to change again.

Nah. Briar's too fair, and I'm not talking about this Skirmish. Once the pros actually have to prep, it'll shift. Similar to what happened with Calling Chicago.

Resolved 1 CMH the entire tournament and lost every die roll. A good Ryu def let's you skill diff people. Probably time to find what the actual LL meta is for Philly.

Yeah. As bad as the upfront costs are in FaB, it's low upkeep cause of how it's structured. Brute mains only had to buy HVY and Super Slam, plus a few misc cards between those two sets.

* Miso shrunk armories to once per month, which might have killed it

#fabtcg I opened a single case of mastery pack guardian today and had the weirdest thing happen. I pulled 5 complete play sets of majestics including fearless confrontation and call for backup, plus got three copies of Base of the mountain. 2RF and a CF.There is some serious coalition problems….

I found my comfy blankey. Briar's doing me good. Bloooock 4. The Mountain certainly is Heroic

Eeggh..I was hoping that wasn't the case, but it would be unrealistic to have an LSS employee at every major event

That part might just be a truism across all TCGs and their pros/judges sadly

Though it might be because the judge programs are pretty inbred. FaB judge is mtg judge is lorcana judge.

To give LSS credit, I believe they want do something about this. Major events now have a "Player Experience Coordinator" that wear Pink Vests. They operate as LSS HR & are the ones you should contact if you have problems with a bad judge or general issues at the event

As Lucas mentions on Runaways, you get a horrible sinking feeling talking to judges, even after years of experience. You need special language to not tip them off. They harbor bad actors willingly
