Morning Des. It will always be the Post Office Tower to me. I used to be a telecommunications engineer in the 1980-90s and ironically only managed to get onto the famous revolving 34th floor once I had left. Still see it most days on my walk to work from Euston.

Went to β€˜Guess How Much I Love You?’ at the Royal Court theatre last night. Luke Norris’s new play about pregnancy and grief is agonising, funny and extremely moving. Outstanding performances from Rosie Sheey and Robert Aramayo. A must see. Runs until 21 February.

Thank you. I saw Robert Plant, Suzy Dian and Saving Grace at London’s Hackney Empire in April 2022. Agree they produce a fantastic blend. Love that you still have your dad’s accordion.

Levan Akin’s β€˜Crossing’ is on BBC Four tonight at 9.20pm. It’s a quietly wonderful film. Mzia Arabuli is great as Lia, a retired teacher from Georgia on a quest to find her missing niece, a trans woman, in Istanbul. Strong performances from Lucas Kankava (Achi) & Deniz Dumanli (Evrim) too. Recommend

Cheers Des. A night at the theatre for me. Guess How Much I Love You? That’s what I’m seeing at the Royal Court. You don’t need to guess how much I love you. πŸ˜‰
