Stayed at a clients house after a meeting and free wine and now im back at Cubao sobering up.

Me bracing myself for all the meet ups and gatherings with friends that i'll have to go to since Christmas in near, all while work drains my social battery to complete emptiness.

Ive always been curious as to what savoury cocktails tasted like. This one is fatty and umami filled from the Laksa mix and then you cleanse your palate with sips of Monkey Shoulder.

I forgot to post the drink i had that night! This is the Laksa Raksasa.

A Coconut Laksa with Lime (and a crispy shrimp head) served with a Shot Monkey Shoulder whiskey.
