Everything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

Super relieved I managed to buy a car before the train goes fully off the rails next week (I.e. tariffs). Even more happy that I got a Hyundai EV which means I did my part to put Tesla further into the red. I’ve never felt like more of a patriotic American, except for maybe when I voted for Kamala.πŸ’ͺ🏻

Republicans got it easy because they are following a Nazi cult leader who is bent on consolidating all the power in the government to himself. Once he’s successful in that, he no longer needs any support from the people. He can do what he wants and oppress who he wants.

The vacuum of intelligent thought surrounding this conversation is really starting to make me want to take a nap. Please re-engage after the fog in your MAGA lunatic heads clears. You people make no sense.

Trump just wants to profit off the tragedy by helping Netanyahu stay in power and avoid prosecution. They are cut from the same cloth. More Gazans will suffer as a result, and it will spread across generations and decades after they’re all forcibly relocated.

I in no way defend Israel’s handling of the conflict. It’s horrific. I just think the US response to flood aid is in the desperate hope it will end it sooner. Israel is a solo actor here and Netanyahu should absolutely face justice for his crimes.

It’s a shitty situation and there are no winners, except apparently Trump and Elon who will dot the Gazan landscape with Trump Towers and Swasticars when it’s all over.

You apparently didn’t read what I wrote. We are their allies and the mission is to help them stabilize the region. We aren’t going to tell them how to do that, and we might not like their tactics. Doing nothing to help them is the worst option and would drag the conflict out for years/decades.

… and this is our problem with you MAGA retards. Making a cogent and rational argument and pointing out facts is automatically dismissed with β€œour hearts are consumed by evil”. We’re on your team jackass. Trying to show you how you have ruined everything. Can you please just own it already?

Worry more about the Orangutan and Chief following shiny things that Netanyahu waved in his face.

So just because we aid Israel it means we’re responsible for their decimation of Gaza? Are you really that stupid? They are a sovereign nation making their own policy decisions, and we are their ally.

I can concede some real guilt now for not voting for Bernie, but at the time it really seemed like Hillary had no chance of losing to Trump. Nowadays I do think Bernie would be best for the country, or maybe AOC.

Seeing as it’s a war between Israel and Hamas, I guess I’d go with Israel? It’s like your brain started to think and decided not to finish.

Is there someplace this can be posted which would get more MAGA attention? I’ve long deactivated Twitter and have no appetite to ever look at Truth Social. Maybe someone here can spread it around.

As much as I’d like this to be true, I can’t find any official reporting of it. The community needs to be careful not to spread disinformation when we tout that as a pillar we stand on and hold it over the other side.

Oh I’m intelligent. I know I’m going to do very well (financially) for a little while. I always do under Republican presidencies. I voted against my own self-interests, because some things are more important than money.

FAFO whether God is listening to you. The only question now is whether the good times will last for those two years, or if MAGA will find a way to derail the train sooner. I’m sure while it’s good they’ll happily take credit for it.

Dude he LIES. Did the wall ever get built in 2020? Did Mexico pay a cent for it? Does injecting bleach kill Covid? Did the pandemic only last two weeks? Are people really eating dogs and cats in Springfield? Did he win the election in 2020? Re-read your post, nothing you wrote will happen.

If they say all immigrants are criminals, you say immigrants are the backbone of the economy and their labor brings down costs for you. Keep the message personal, avoid the social traps since that half of the country doesn't care about social issues. They only vote for their wallets.

We will never know, but certainly I hope the democratic party has learned that you cannot run on sound policy alone. You have to win the popularity contest. When the other side does nothing but lie, you have to counter it point-for-point.

20.11.2024 04:51 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Certainly they should never have let Biden step on that debate stage, and he should have never planned to re-run in the first place. Even in that case, not sure Kamala could ever have separated herself enough to gain enough support.

20.11.2024 04:51 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

The dems lack creativity the GOP has in spades, and it might have cost us our democracy. What a shit show.

I think the real problem is she was VP for an unpopular president. I think Kamala would have made an excellent president, but I think the winning strategy was to go outside of the administration. It was their only chance to swing undecided voters, who ended up a no-show.

Is that supposed to be an insult? Gay people are statistically more educated, more successful, happier and make better decisions for themselves and their community.

You and your ilk are sad, easily threatened and frightened of progressive change that will leave you behind (as you lack the above).
