I’m loving Stalker 2, performance isn’t great but luckily there’s the frame generation duct tape for making it feel smoother at the cost of some input lag, man I’ll take that, I’ve survived 640x480 Spore when I was a child, solutions for low performance are a bless nowadays.

Out of the 18 missions, I feel like 5/6 were really boring and felt like fillers, mostly during the mid-game. Game start is great and it recovers the good pace towards the end, although I feel like the game climax was before the big end. The final mission still delivers though!

Finished Alien:Isolation last night, blind play-through on the hardest difficulty. Took me about 16 hours, definitely one of the best horror games out there.

Oh yes definitely, still, a tense game can be very scary

Some people liked my previous games because they had some heavy jumpscares (puppet combo style), I wanted to stay as loyal as possible to my fanbase but also I understood it could be a bit annoying for other kind of survival horror players, the more players can enjoy the game, the better!
