Agreed. I think they have a case over the delayed decision to teach online, which meant they had to pay a year’s lodging they didn’t need. That’s a different issue to the education not being delivered to a good standard.

Claiming that their degrees were lacking seems self-defeating. If a court finds in their favour they may get a partial refund of their degree, but should also lose the full degree off the back of that.

They can't have both the degree & win the argument that the degree wasn't good enough.
